Managed API gateways and API/mS platforms, mS catalog and other tools. Handled vendor management, business case planning, and candidate selection for microservice adoption.

Lead an organization consisting of five teams of designers and developers responsible for creation of Common Services, a tier within the AT&T Model Driven Architecture. Services supported include Pre-sales activities, Credit Management, Service Request Management, CRM and Billing. Currently managing the migration of existing services into the new architecture. Responsibilities include release planning, design, budgeting, as well as the delivery of the new code to production.Led the Scrum of Scrums for the development of strategic API’s with the Common Services area. This Agile driven process is a cross organization effort to rapidly create API’s for internal use and for exposure through the AT&T Foundry. Worked with Marketing to determine which existing CSI services could be monetized by exposure to our customers and the developer community as well as delivered the initial strategic API’s as a proof of concept of these solutions.

Directed an organization of architects and developers responsible for creation of Business Integration Services, a tier within the Enterprise Integration Architecture (EIA) that de-couples the client applications from the back-end systems. Managed resources and led projects to implement corporate architecture strategy while maintaining high availability requirements for critical wholesale and retail applications.

Headed up a large team of employee, consultant, and off-shore resources in the PMC-IT (PremierServ Managed Care-Information Technology) area. The team, comprised of a mixture of analyst and architects was responsible for the development and maintenance of multiple PMC applications.

Led team of application developers in supporting existing applications and responsible for developing all new applications for PremierServ Managed Care product. Coordinated all SDLC functions required to meet customer requirements and dates.
