I run day-to-day operations for a busy daiquiri bar in the heart of downtown Savannah, GA on beautiful River St. I am responsible for customer service, quality control, and general management of the employees

I worked with a great group of fellow managers to ensure our customers have a legendary experience at our establishment in South Beach Marina, Hilton Head Island.

In charge of all brewing functions and activities, as well as the canning and distribution of the house-brews. I was solely responsible for all aspects of the brewing process, from milling to brewing and conditioning, to finally canning the beer, as well as ensuring the sanitation and cleanliness of the brewery, keg lines, and canning systems. As Bar Manager I routinely cleaned the beer lines, kept the bar stocked and controlled inventory, and most importantly created great relationships with patrons through excellent customer service.
