• Coordinated development efforts with key customers resulting in creation of the Convergence™ Wall Plate, which enabled fiber optic cable to be economically installed in new and existing homes for the deployment of.
• Facilitated value engineering efforts in collaboration with Operations and Engineering groups to modify designs of existing products purchased from overseas suppliers so they could be manufactured in our own facility.
• Developed and released eight new products into the SOHO Access product line over the past 14 months, while maintaining 35% Gross Margin.

• Co-Invented and patented the ClearGain™ Ground Mount Amplifier platform, which contributed $500K incremental revenue by opening access to an additional market segment. Awarded patent No. 7701887 in April, 2010.
• Modified Tower Mount Amplifier products to accommodate Remote Electrical Tilt (RET) signals, which allowed for a bundled solution with antennas and tower accessory equipment. This turnkey solution required fewer.
• Collaborated with overseas OEMs in developing new Tower Mount Amplifiers. As a result, the size of the product line increased by 33%, which added $750K in incremental revenue.
• Supported Sales Team and as necessary and managed customer interactions to grow business.

• Facilitated and managed the transition of new wireless product designs from engineering to full production in manufacturing facilities throughout the world.
• Discovered that significant cost reductions could be realized if several printed circuit boards (PCBs) were built with a common profile and led team to layout new boards as well as coordinating the initial manufacturing.
• Team Leader for RoHS (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) Initiative, which involved identifying hazardous materials in all products and replacing them with acceptable substitutes.
• Investigated and executed cost reductions which result in a 15% cost reduction per product.
