As the Software Development Manager at Optimis International in Taipei, I play a key role in supporting the development of critical software development efforts in Taiwan and in the US. Working to ensure smooth communication between our offshore development group, US development teams, and key stakeholders, and facilitating in the planning and execution of requests for improvements in features and functionality of our SAAS Physical Therapy application, mobile platforms, and wellness initiatives, are just some of the many requirements in this multi-faceted position. Our agile development team builds and deploys critical business software tools that are used in thousands of clinics across North America. In addition to helping to drive our development team's efforts, I'm also facilitating the expansion of our platform, and building business opportunities for overseas expansion.
