After facing a major COVID issue in 2021, I took a much-needed hiatus to refresh and revitalize myself. Leaving ASRC Federal, a company I truly valued, provided me with the opportunity to relax and recharge. During this period, I enjoyed traveling with family, exploring new sights, and offering gratis consulting to both personal and professional friends.

In 2020, was promoted to provide a fresh perspective for the CIO organization. As SVP/CIO, collaborated with IT and Business leadership to mature the IT function, infrastructure, and systems need to support the rapid growth of the company, while executing on key IT imperatives that had stagnated for 4 years prior. As a result of this work, was able to improve the security, recovery, and overall health of the enterprise while ensuring that the CIO office directly supported strategic initiatives of the entire organization. Resetting the vision for IT Services, instituted new level of rigor and cadence in IT planning by forming the company’s first IT Steering Committee to better align IT to the business and future strategic goals. As Program Manager (Director), provided full program accountability for service delivery, financial P&L, customer interface, and operational excellence for 4 key service offerings: End User Services, Systems Administration & Engineering, Network Administration, Critical Incident Management. This included leading a team of 275+ GDIT and subcontractor staff located at 11 regional CONUS locations.

As Vice President of IT Service Delivery Optimization, I implemented metrics (Data Measurement, Collection, and Analytics) to measure key services while establishing methodologies to manage to outcomes and was influential in the final operational design/realignment of 3 lines of service into 1 holistic organization.

Responsible of a team of 75 staff located at two geographical locations within the continental U.S. Met or exceeded contractual performance objectives, increased operating income margins. -Sr. Manager for CIO - Infrastructure Services group 3/2012 – 3/2016 Strategic and tactical oversight of the full range of Services, including IT Service Desk; Desktop and Field Support; Network Monitoring; Systems Administration; Systems Storage; and Unified Communications. Provided direction and guidance to operations managers, process managers and operation support staff for an operational team of over 1300 staff supporting multiple levels of service across North America. Supported over 18 US Federal government organizations including DOJ, EPA, DOD, GSA, and DHS.
