Current● Manage a diverse portfolio of small business clients focused on serving small businesses with annual revenues of 1 to 25 million while exceeding revenue targets and retention goals.● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with small business owners to understand their financial needs and goals, offering tailored banking solutions to support growth and stability through proactive communication, attentive service, and strategic advice.● Advise clients on financial strategies to optimize cash flow and manage risk, thus assisting them in achieving long-term business objectives.● Provide expert guidance on Wells Fargo's extensive financial products and services, including commercial and SBA loans, lines of credit, cash/treasury management, merchant services, FX and much more.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized financial solutions that address the evolving needs of small businesses, ensuring seamless delivery of banking solutions that exceed client expectations.● Play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to acquire new clients and expand market share within the small business segment.
