Development of manufacturing machine tool computer controller.- Designed and built the hardware interface to enable an IBM PC (original model) to control a robotic (pneumatic) manufacturing tool that was under development.- Designed and implemented software to control the hardware in real time (repeatable 1 uSecond precision). Programmed in a combination of x86 assembler (timer intercepts), compiled Pascal (analytical processing), Compiled Basic (digital input and output driver), and interpretive Basic (screen and keyboard user interface).
