Starting with development of a strategic communications plan that included a corporate positioning and messaging playbook, the Holleran Communications (HC) team conducted a PR rollout with a news release and personalized story pitches that resulted in feature coverage in the Washington Post, Washington Business Journal, Bethesda Magazine and Potomac Almanac; in key industry publications including Construction Executive (Associated Builders & Contractors national magazine), Building Washington (Associated Builders & Contractors Metro D.C. chapter magazine) and Insights (Independent Electrical Contractors national magazine); and in the e-newsletter of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce (BCCCC).HC went beyond pure PR with soup-to-nuts communications support that included content for Trunnell Electric’s bi-monthly customer newsletter; development of a Newsroom on the company website with an 80th anniversary media kit; and planning, logistics/catering coordination and photo direction for an 80th anniversary open house at the Trunnell corporate office.
