CurrentBill Holton is the founder of the Real Estate and Marketing Company WEH Capital Property Investments and has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 2001 where after a long career as an entrepreneur owning several successful business he began his career as an Investor.After graduating High School Bill joined the Navy and spent 8 years as a US Navy Diver spending the majority of his time on active duty diving under submarines performing underwater maintenance.After his honorable discharge from the service in 1984 Bill went on to own several successful businesses up until 2001 when he began pursuing his ultimate dream of becoming a full time Real Estate investor.Bill began investing in REO'S in 2002 and has fixed and flipped over 100 houses since that time, Bill is also involved in many aspects of Real Estate including working directly with banks, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Firms, Portfolio Lenders and Private Sellers to obtain off market Real Estate transactions.Bill also works directly with investors and students providing individual coaching and mentorship as well as partnering on deals with investorsBill has been with his wife Marcolyn for 27 years is a proud parent of 3 daughters, Leighann (deceased), Erin and Addilyn
