Primary role is leading cross-functional global account teams for identification, capture, planning, and launch of complex subsea oil & gas projects in key accounts. Projects typically range from $50MM - $700MM USD. Activities start from early opportunity identification prior to development decision and continue through team selection, acquistion strategy, technology definition, in-country infrastructure development, local content strategies, project execution planning, commercial strategy, tender, final negotiations, award, and early phase of project execution.

Prior to oil & gas, 20+ years experience in the nuclear power industry spanning successful small business formation and operation, program management, business development, sales, project management, R&D, regulatory affairs, engineering, operations, maintenance, supply, quality. Extensive experience via EPRI and BWR Owner’s Group managing industry wide programs with multiple utilities to resolve urgent high-visibility safety and technical issues with national regulatory authorities. Authored guidelines adopted industry wide for managing technical performance and quality conformance for industry equipment and parts.Eight years US Navy (submarines).
