Billi is Audeliss’ Client Development Associate and plays a crucial role in supporting the Business Development team. Her responsibilities span across both the UK and U.S. teams, where she assists with pitch documents, maintains track records of latest placements, coordinates event participation and ensures that everything runs smoothly within our client engagement work. The most fulfilling part of Billi’s role is contributing to the background organization of significant projects, including the pitch documents used to showcase Audeliss' capabilities to clients. She also finds great satisfaction from witnessing the successful outcomes of events after dedicating considerable effort to their planning and execution.Billi's career path at Audeliss began after a 6 month placement at our sister company, INvolve, working directly with clients to coordinate DEI activity. Prior to this, she spent four years at Toni & Guy, where she started as a salon assistant and advanced to manage the shop floor in the chain of hairdressers.Billi is a fast learner who values connecting with others and making them feel at ease; attributes that contribute to her effectiveness in supporting Audeliss' mission of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion."I enjoy being the driving force behind the scenes, contributing towards Audeliss mission of levelling the playing field for candidates.
