With over 23 years of experience in education administration and public policy, I am currently the Director at Gloucester County Special Services School District (GCSSSD), where I oversee the development and implementation of various educational programs and services for students with special needs. I collaborate with state and local agencies, school districts, community organizations, and families to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the programs and services, and to advocate for the rights and interests of the students. I also manage the budget, staff, and resources of the district, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and standards. Prior to this role, I was the State Coordinator at the State of New Jersey for 19.5 years, where I coordinated and supervised multiple statewide initiatives and projects related to education, health, and human services. Some of my achievements include securing grants, contracts, and partnerships to support the programs and services, developing and delivering training and technical assistance to stakeholders, and evaluating and reporting on the outcomes and impacts of the programs and services. I have strong skills in administration, public policy, program coordination, and public service, and I am passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of education for all students, especially those with special needs.
