Key responsibilities are to work closely with the Department of Health and Human Services to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Collect data about symptoms and effects of the virus by contacting patients who test positive, and then also contacting those they have come into close contact with to let them know of their risk. Knowledge of data entry points such as RedCap and Salesforce, as well as experience on live calls. Educated on HIPAA and State Law to keep patient information private.
