Customer Service Representative: Represent Company's initial and primary contact with customer and market base, controlling and monitoring quotations, sales, shipments, warranty determination, post sales follow-up, technical assistance requests, and after market quotes and service. Managed customer portals (Woodward HRT, Eaton, Parker Aerospace, GE Hitachi, BAE, Honeywell,) created ASN's as well as handled customer scheduling needs. Coordinate intra-company activity (namely AOG) pursuant to customer and government requirements, including operations, procurement, quality and sales. Customer prioritization, customer credit approvals, sales support data, and service engineering repair and warranty determinations. Directly managed department D.L.A. board, prioritizing different VOC's. Successfully managed the sales and customer service team, which consisted of over 35 employees. Created training manuals targets at resolving the most difficult customer issues. Developed, implemented and monitored programs to maximize customer satisfaction via social medial as well as email marketing. I raised customer satisfaction from 68% to 92% by implementing a customer feedback program that helped us target areas for improvement. Also, increased monthly subscriptions from 52% to 87% within an 18 month period. I also met all customer call guidelines including service levels, handle time and productivity. I was responsible for all daily activities in the business office, as well as in charge of hiring and firing.

Scheduled vendors deliveries to collate with our production schedules to reduce inventory and to keep it at a minimum.
