ESGR: I served on the executive committee as the State Deputy Director - Volunteer Management with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. ESGR works through a nationwide network of volunteers and a small, full-time support staff to inform and educate hundreds of thousands of Reserve Component members and their employers regarding their rights and responsibilities, best practices, and to develop and maintain relationships with employers.BNI: I am an active member of the largest BNI chapter in the United States (BNI - RRG) and I have served in various leadership roles. SPECIAL OLYMPICS: I have served on the "Give to Gain Gala" committee for several years. I worked with businesses throughout South Carolina to secure donations and sponsorships for the event.
