Summit DD helps more than 5,000 adults and children with developmental disabilities reach their full potential. We listen to the goals and unique challenges of those we serve and developing individualized supports. - Facilitates the strategic planning process, including developing and monitoring listening posts, environmental scans, SWOT analysis, performance measurement and analysis, and developing priorities for improvement and growth.- Provides oversight and direction for Department of Communications, a four person creative team and outside consultants responsible for internal and external communications. Includes all creative, web marketing, content marketing, employee communications, writing, website development and maintenance, paid media, special events, and community outreach.- Serves as primary spokesperson, developing crisis communication plans and key messages.- Oversees performance improvement processes, including cross functional problem solving teams, performance measurement, and team facilitation.- Oversees Major Unusual Incidents department, ensuring health and safety of those eligible for services. Includes training and oversight of more than 400 private providers and 1,300 investigations each year.

ODOT, District 12 serves highway maintenance and construction needs for three county region, including Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga Counties.- Led organizational improvement initiatives through data analysis of organizational performance goals, strategic planning, customer and employee survey administration and process improvement teams.- Led organizational development through use of Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence, Authored application that achieved platinum recognition through the Partnership for Excellence in 2005.

Spokesperson for three-county region, including Cleveland Innerbelt project. Disseminated public information impacting motorists and planned special events. Coordinated internal employee communication efforts.
