Jigsaw is a social enterprise passionate about providing people with disability the training and experience they need to secure mainstream employment. More than 1 million Australians of working age with disability are unemployed and it is our goal to break the cycle. Different from a Disability Employment Service, Jigsaw’s holistic approach starts from the very core of work-readiness training all the way through to supported transition to mainstream employment. It ensures our trainees gain transferable skills relevant to every workplace and paid professional experience along the way.Underpinning the Jigsaw model is a market-leading document scanning and data information services business, providing commercial services to corporate and government clients including Westpac, Coca Cola Amatil, Allianz, Arnotts and many more. Working on these contracts provides the pathway for our trainees to prepare for and secure award wage employment.
