Center for Autism Spectrum Disorder (CASD)I worked with Assistant Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis Dr. Evette Simmons-Reed out of Ball State University's Teachers College in the Special Education Department. Assisting Dr. Simmons-Reed with her professional research, I was responsible for editing documents, curating data, and writing literature reviews to be used in academic studies. I was also the lead mentor for the Center for Autism Spectrum Disorder (CASD) team. I worked with students to help them achieve their educational goals through personal tutoring, one-on-one coaching, and technology assistance. Along with my mentoring duties, I hosted teacher training courses to minimize the communication gaps that occur between CASD students and BSU professors.

Ball State Writing Center & Digital Writing StudioTutor clients one-on-one and in groups on academic and personal writing materials in person and online; mentor incoming tutors on Writing Center practices; partake in professional development through staff training courses and personal research on Writing Centers; create infographics to aid clients' understanding of common writing problems (e.g. comma splices, articles, noun/verb agreement, etc.); work in-depth with international students in ESL sessions
