Whether I was on my bike delivering the morning paper or shoveling the driveways in our neighborhood, I knew that I had a responsibility to get the job done! Today I am a highly motivated and results-oriented leader with years of successful management experience in the retail automotive industry. I am skilled at sales, sales management, product management and training. I am a proven leader with excellent organizational, leadership and team building skills. A strong motivator capable of leading a team to a common goal. A strategic thinker that will add value and strength to any organization. I recently completed the CliftonStrengths Finder study to better understand my core personality strengths and I found that three of my top five strengths fall under the Executing theme. People with a dominant Executing theme tend to make things happen! My first core strength is one of an Arranger. As an Arranger I have the natural ability to coordinate people and resources for maximum effectiveness. My flexibility in complex situations leads to greater efficiency. My second core strength is being an Achiever. As an achiever I work hard and have a great deal of stamina. I love to complete tasks and I find accomplishments fulfilling! My third core strength is I am a Relator. I naturally form genuine and mutually rewarding relationships with people. I have the ability to understand people and work to make them feel worthwhile and appreciated. My forth core strength is Responsibility. This strength helps me to succeed due to my deep sense of dedication and the ownership I feel towards my commitments.
