I was the Division Executive responsible for managing the IT, Loan Operations and Deposit Operations departments for the bank. I was recruited through a nationwide search to come in and "clean-up" and solidify the technology and operations area of the bank.

I started with Mission-Valley Bancorp, a three bank multi-bank holding company which merged into California Bancshares which was a 12 bank multi-bank holding company. The bank was sold to US Bank in 1996. I was hired to handle Operations and IT at Mission-Valley Bancorp. My responsibilities grew as we continued to acquire additional community banks.
