Responsible for World-Wide Professional Services at Shunra reporting directly to CEO. Responsibilities included, but not limited to operations, management, sales, project management, and overall P&L. Professional Services organization specialized in Network Emulation, Project Management, and Application Performance Testing. I specifically helped customers with Data Center Moves, Disaster Recovery Planning, pre-production Application performance testing, and WAN Acceleration evalutation.

I was responsible for managing a variety of projects ranging from small, critical projects to large scale, complex projects. I manage customer relationships, identify additional project opportunities, manage project progress to ensure customer satisfaction while deliverables are achieved, and report on project progress. I also oversee overall architecture, design, and quality of implementations (WebSphere, Portal, SOA, and ESB)I also provided hands-on consulting and implementation services for strategic clients. These projects leveraged my expertise in Project Management, Architecture, Design, WebSphere, WebSphere Message Broker, MQ, and J2EE.Prior roles that I have held at Prolifics are: Director of Consulting Services, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Systems Integrator.*Prolifics acquired my former company, Promenix, in August 2006.
