William J. Keeler, jr. has been in the practice of law for over 35 years, currently with Buchalter after ten years with Garvey Schubert Barer (which became Foster Garvey in late 2019) and formerly a partner, director, and shareholder of Dowling, Aaron, & Keeler. He handles matters anywhere on the West Coast and is often called upon to offer expert witness testimony as well as to provide mediation services specific to troubled and difficult trusts and estates.
