GroundLink, headquartered in New York City with operational support offices in Dallas and Belgrade, acts as the merchant of record for transactions and is responsible for execution and settlement with its affiliates. Revenues in 2011 were approximately $30 million (30% growth on prior year which is projected to continue) with 180 employees. Performed all of the global finance and administrative functions of the Company including human resources, legal, risk management/insurance and facilities and as a member of the GroundLink Executive Committee (with Chief Executive Officer and Vice Presidents of Sales, Marketing, Operations and Information Technology) set and managed the GroundLink strategy and day to day operations to achieve it. Reported jointly to the CEO and Comvest Board of Directors.

GTA, ultimately majority-owned and managed by the Blackstone Group through Travelport, is a leading global wholesaler of accommodation, ground travel, sightseeing and other destination services. GTA had relationships with more than 35,000 travel supplier partners and approximately 30,000 hotels (an annual inventory of over 36 million rooms) and sold travel products and services in over 130 countries. GTA also owned and operated the Octopus Travel and Need a Hotel on-line consumer reservation booking sites.In 2008, GTA serviced more than 25,000 groups and made over 3 million bookings generating gross sales of approximately $1.9 billion, net revenue (after costs of services) of $356 million and adjusted EBITDA (after operating costs – 70% staff ) of $110 million through 2,400 employees in 30 offices. After a significant drop in 2009 gross sales and therefore EBITDA driven by the global economic crisis, 2010 gross revenues exceeded $2.0 billion.As CFO, directed the global finance function of GTA and as a member of the Senior Leadership Teams for GTA (with the GTA Chief Executive, Commercial, Operating, Information and People Officers) and Travelport (with the headquarters and Global Distribution System Officers) managed the GTA and Travelport businesses with included a 48% holding in Orbitz Worldwide (NYSE – OWW). Reported jointly to the GTA CEO and Travelport CFO with a staff of approximately 200 employees and responsibility for the GTA business processing outsource service organization in India of over 200 staff.
