His services start with scoping the hard problem, then providing insights for a winning solution and concluding with gaining a team consensus on the strategic path. While he prefers to continue engagement throughout this flow, he can perform unique tasks within it. He can be engaged as an employee, as a contractor, or for a specific project/work item.For the last 20 years, Bill has helped organizations of all kinds create strategies around technology and markets. He serves the Austin tech startup community as program chair for the Austin Technology Advisers meetup. Bill has a bachelor’s in EE and a master’s in IM from M.I.T.
