They also serve multiple businesses. Their subdivisions include: Oakwood Forest, Woodland Oaks, Heather Glenn, Northline Terrace, Oak Glenn, High Meadows, Fairgreen, & Oakwild. Coming soon the North Houston Heights. Sunbelt also has CCN’s on the east side of US Hwy 59.Sunbelt is a unique governmental body that does not access taxes, we are only revenue driven. In 2002, when I took office, we in horrible shape physically and financially. Bringing in about 3.5 million dollars a year. Today we are in much better shape all around ,this year we will bring in approximately 6 million dollars, and do this without drastically raising rates on our customers.

I am responsible for building and maintaining the business and making it a world leader in the service and repair industry. Some of my Responsibilities include:Building and maintaining the parts inventory for our parts room, and our local technicians. We are the main parts warehouse in Texas and Oklahoma. Some of my responsibilities include:Building and maintaining the sales network in Texas & Oklahoma. Selling and maintaining local and national accounts.

Dicks Coffee Service runs local routes in and around the Houston area,delivering all coffee related products to restaurants, and OCS accounts. Dicks Coffee Service has been a leader in the coffee truck route service since 1976. Today it is still owned and operated by the George family. As a Customer Service Specialist, my responsibilities include: Be there for the customer and the company to insure all are happy.Build and maintain new customers on a local and nation level.

Dick's Coffee Service is a company that has its hands in many areas, but specializes in the coffee production and equipment sales and service. My responsibilities included all things vending related, which included:Having all equipment ready for delivery to the customer’s location.Delivering and installing new accounts.Building and maintaining an adequate parts inventory to ensure the equipment was maintained to factory specifications.Training new route drivers and spot checking them to ensure the highest level of integrity and customer service.Also as time permitted, I would help the other technicians with coffee and espresso machine repair in office buildings and restaurants.

I was elected to represent my community of 249 homes in northwest Houston in 1999.

Kneer’s Vending Repair Service was an independent repair service in the Houston and surrounding area. We kept all customers machines working at their peak efficiency.

Five Star foods is a coin operated vending company with 22 vending routes in and around the Houston area. My responsibilities were to keep all the coin operated equipment in the field operating at peak efficiency. Also delivering and installing all new accounts.

H.A Franz & Co is a distributor for various types of coin operated equipment including pool tables, video games, drink machines, coffee machines, and food machines to vending companies large and small.My responsibilities included:Receiving and tracking inventorySetting up various types of coin operated equipment.Delivery & installationCustomer TrainingTrouble shooting mechanical and electrical issues.Training other technicians in basic trouble shooting and field service repair.
