As the CRMS Platform and Delivery Services Manager, I lead the global team which supports the GWIM Advisory implementation of Salesforce.com across five key functions: support, platform services, engineering, environment management and delivery services. Some of my team's primary responsibilities included:-Ensure that our support processes are clearly defined and constantly evolve to best serve the needs of our clients.-Work with vendor partners to help steer their platforms to best meet the requirements and standards of the enterprise.-Manage stability and security in more than thirty test environments as well as production.-Shepard changes through all phases of the delivery and release process to include packaging, sequencing and deployment.-Develop innovative tools and processes to drive efficiency across all team functions.

Lead the global Environment Management team responsible for all GWIM Advisory production and test environments hosted on Salesforce.com.

The Battalion Logistics Officer of the first and only National Guard Stryker Artillery Battalion in the United States Army. The principle staff officer for sustainment plans and operations, supply, maintenance, transportation, services, and operational contract support. The S4 helps the support unit commander (BSB) maintain logistics visibility with the commander and the rest of the staff. The S4 has staff coordinating responsibility of the transportation officer and the air mobility officer. The S4 prepares Annex F (Sustainment) and Annex P (Host-Nation Support) to the operations order or operations plan.

Platoon Leader for one of three Protective Security Detail (PSD) teams assigned to protect the embedded Provincial Reconstruction Team (ePRT 5) attached to the 56th SBCT during combat operations in OIF FY 09. Responsible for the safe travel and security of State Department Officials, U.S. Congressional Delegation visits and other foreign diplomat visits. Work with the Battery Planning Cell to develop mission plans and CONOPS. Constantly update platoon TTPs and team SOPs by analyzing team performance and enemy intelligence. Supervise the overall accountability and maintenance of over $12.5 million worth of platoon equipment. Prepared at all times to perform the duties of Battery Commander.

Ensure proper computer operation so that end users could accomplish business tasks. This included receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution involved the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well giving in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.
