For 30 years it has been my honor to serve the great Franchisees of the Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins system. I have a deep appreciation and understanding for their journey and the vital importance of building our relationship on a foundation of trust, good faith, and shared purpose. My passion and the most indelible constant of my career has been supporting the Franchisee's mission to build new Dunkin' restaurants, to compete and take marketshare one trade area at a time, and to evolve the Dunkin' brand from new and emerging, to established and core in every DMA. I have had the fortune to serve the new restaurant development process in several capacities and roles, including operations, asset management, franchise sales, business development, and real estate development. I have proficiencies in strategic planning, negotiation, business analysis, finance, contract management, and income generation.I have deep commitment to my professional and personal growth, that includes supporting the growth journey of others.
