I designed the ABC Wheel, and coordinated it with a color wheel, to help students to "chunk" the English alphabet and thereby have a more better cognitive map of it. This could save many person-hours in education each year. Used in some of my classes.

Wrote and publish a book based on my independent research about the origins of mythology and religion. How the talking primate searched for and found meaning. While I was teaching high school chemistry, Harold Kroto and Rick Smalley invited me to a conference on the Buckminsterfullerene molecule (which helped start the nanotechnology revolution) to present my educational model of Carbon 60. Responsible for maintaining safe pool, making sure patrons followed the rules, teaching swim classes, and coaching swim team. Also made sure various pools were supplied with proper equipment. Did an “accident analysis” and located peak accident time (2:10-2:15 pm) and a probable cause of accidents (English-Spanish language difficulties with pool rules).

I worked at Edwards Air Force Base, Flight Test Center, where I was involved in cockpit usability testing for the F-15, such as the heads-up display. I worked closely with the test pilots, studying their workload in the cockpit, gathering their feedback, and sending design changes back to the manufacturer. Also, I did videotaped maintenance tasks to allow maintenance workers to find easier and quicker ways to do them.
