● Maintained a team that created the FMR1 Analysis Module, to be integrated to the AmplideX Reporter. This protein, most commonly found in the brain, is essential for normal cognitive development and female reproductive function. This analysis module was created by using the .NET Core Managed Extensibility Framework, Bootstrap, Restful API, PostgreSQL Database, Advanced Installer, Plotly, IS4 and other technologies.● Converted the team from using Waterfall SDLC with JIRA to Agile SDLC within Azure DevOps. Implemented several projects to use automated CI/CD techniques along with automated testing within Azure DevOps. • VADER: The Vastly Aware Deployment and Environment Release system (VADER) is a parent project designed to help establish standardized protocols for build and release pipelines within Asuragen's Microsoft Azure DevOps environment. This goal of this over-arching system is to help establish processes for supporting automation in the following areas, but not limited to: versioning, continuous integration, continuous deployments, environment management, and testing • AVA: The Analytical Verification Automation Framework (AVA) was designed to perform large and tedious manual test tasks in a fraction of the time it would take a full-time employee to perform in a repetitive and accurate manner.● In August, 2018, acquired the Test Team. Set ground rules for the development and test teams to work together, and later within the same sprints to find and fix bugs as quickly as possible as we moved toward Test Driven Development.● Worked to better align and to improve relationships between the Bioinformatics and Dx Software Teams to achieve company goals. This effort led to both teams to efficiently produce pipelines and analysis modules together. Furthermore, the Bioinformatics team adopted Azure DevOps, moving away from Jira, saving the company $12K in license fees each year.

● Maintained a software development team that converted our AmplideX Reporter from a flask, python, and virtual machine based system to an ASP.NET CORE site that could load up to eight analysis modules. This site was installed as an application on Windows 7, 10 and Windows Server 2012.● Transferred the software development team's responsibility of the "white glove installation service" to the Technical Customer Support Team, by training them how to install and doing basic trouble shooting of our software. Second tier support came to the software development team as needed.

This includes all Cardtronics processed ATM transactions, advanced functionality transactions (i.e. check cashing and bill payment), as well as those processed by third party processors for more than 1.25 billion records spanning five years of transactional information. ● Designed and implemented the Ca$hlink application to integrate warehousing solutions for 17,000+ ATMs supported by the Cardtronics network, effecting for analysts and forecasters a more accurate measure of ATM cash demands and saving the company a projected $4M annually.● Hired employees, conducted performance reviews, promoted team building, and created an open environment to encourage developers to address any technical related issues.

This library was used in unit testing of the company's software products.● Built search engine prototype using C# and Windows Forms (the final version was to be converted to ASP.NET). The search engine prototype consisted of a spider application and a search application. The spider had the ability to crawl expansive directories on the company's intranet, while at the same time parse and store textual content from numerous files types into the application's index. Tested several Computer Software Configuration Items (CSCIs) within various software releases of the Flight Software in the Prime Software Production Facility at Johnson Space Center's Sonny Carter Training Facility. The Flight Software provides command, guidance, navigation, control as well as other functions to support the flight operational readiness of the International Space Station. The completed tests, which were a deliverable product to the NASA customer, followed a strict software development process. This process included requirements analysis, test design, test implementation (manual procedures and C coded scripts), test documentation, peer reviews, formal delivery of product and maintenance of delivered products (regression tests). The CSCIs tested were the following: Command and Control Software, Guidance Navigation and Control, External Control Zone, Power Management and Control Application and the Photovoltaic Controller Application.● Automated repeatable test processes by creating design documents, C scripts and C# tools for the suite of Sizing and Timing tests for the requirements that are common across the eleven CSCIs tested in FQT. This effort improved cycle time and efficiency by 90%, reduced maintainability costs by 95%, lowered training costs by 95%, and reduced errors by 90%. Furthermore, this effort resulted in an award fee from NASA and an invite to present this topic at the 2007 Boeing Software Conference.● Assisted in the MATE-4 Development Transition effort (from UNIX to Windows environment). The implementation of this system was done using C# and Visual Studio .NET 2003.● Represented the Formal Qualification Test Group, for the CSCIs for which I was responsible, in various Technical Design Reviews and Test Readiness Reviews while the NASA subsystem owners were present.● Mentored intern(s) for three consecutive summers to produce software products and to maintain regression tests.● Member of an CMMI level V organization.
