Dec 1999 - Nov 2001I worked with a team of molecular biologists, biochemist, and medicinal chemists to evaluate GeneSoft's novel DNA-binding small molecules for regulating gene expression. I developed a microscopy screen to quantify the nuclear accumulation of these molecules in live cells, providing data that our chemists applied to improve the delivery of the molecules to the target DNA.
