I am responsible for overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing efficiency and growth as well as day-to-day leadership and management to all Three G’s operations and functions. Along with managing client relations, I ensure Three G’s stays current with state and federal laws as well as staying up to date with the growing industry. My other responsibilities include unemployment management, workers compensation, payroll, contract negotiations, payroll taxes, discipline, hiring, termination, accounts receivable/payable and computer system maintenance.
