Who I am: I am the father to 4 incredible children who keep me young at heart. I am loved by a kind and patient woman who makes me smile everyday. I come from very humble beginnings and as a result I am very grateful for the all that I have. I am passionate about giving back to the community and helping others in times of need. I enjoy vacationing with my family, being active outdoors, playing golf and I am an avid poker player. From a business perspective, I am the West Central Florida Area Manager for loanDepot. I have an amazing team that executes my vision and delivers WOW customer service to our clients and referral partners. Experience:I earned my accounting degree from University of Central Florida and worked in public accounting preparing taxes for six years prior to entering the mortgage business. I have been in the mortgage industry since 2000 and have helped well over a thousand families purchase or refinance their homes. I discovered The Core Training mortgage coaching program in 2012 and have been in level 3 coaching (their highest level) since January 2013. Who I help:I am committed to helping loan officers who are coachable and want to go from 3-4 transactions a month to 10+ transactions per month. Realtors and other referral partners (CPAs, Attorneys, Financial Advisors, various other business professionals), homeowners and future homeowners.How I help:I help loan officers by sharing the processes, systems and structure that have allowed me to close 20+ transactions a month. I support loan officers by showing them prospecting techniques to grow their referral base and by holding them accountable to their goals. I help my Realtor referral partners by saving them 2 ½ hours a week and I help them make more money by showing them how to leverage untapped resources.
