My name is Bill Markle and my passion for more than 30 years has been working on computers. My mission is to help both businesses and individuals solve their computer problems. Whether I'm diagnosing a hardware issue or looking for the software that is not performing as it should, I love the opportunity to sit at the keyboard and dig into the problems and solve them. I believe my time with the customer should be value added. While working on their computer, it gives me an opportunity to help the customer understand what I am doing, even if the customer knows nothing about the inner workings of a computer. My customers have always complimented me on my ability to explain computers at their level of understanding.Today's viruses are now called malware and ransomware and their numbers are multiplying at an alarming rate. They are not invincible. I've worked with the best of them. I love the challenge!
