Met deze groep van ongeveer 100FTE enthousiaste, intelligente en toegewijde collega's werken we slim en wendbaar in product- en beleidsgroepen aan ons kenniscentrum, aan talloze unieke inhoudelijke informatieproducten voor de apotheken, voor de farmaceutische industrie en de Nederlandse zorgsector in zijn geheel. Daarnaast maken we ook prijswinnende websites zoals Apotheek.nl die miljoenen bezoekers per maand bedienen met objectieve en onafhankelijke patiëntenvoorlichting. Hiermee benadrukken we ook de specialistische zorgtaak van de apotheker.

Verantwoordelijk voor 18 FTE in zeer diverse omgeving met o.a. Business Intelligence, projectbureau, development, applicatiebeheer, datacenter en security, architecten, klant- en teammanager, online specialisten en systeembeheer & KA. Introductie agile werkwijze, product ownership in de business, projectgovernance en verschillende efficiency trajecten.

Nationaal Archief

Lead voor de outsourcing van de ICT omgeving.

Actief als Hoofd ICT bij het Nationaal Archief. Management, procesondersteuning, projectmanagement, digitaal depot, business model vernieuwing. Als 'nationaal geheugen' van Nederland beheert het Nationaal Archief 125 kilometer archiefmateriaal, foto's en kaarten van de rijksoverheid en van maatschappelijke organisaties en individuele personen die van nationaal belang zijn (geweest). Team van 12 FTE met verschillende disciplines van servicespecialisten, projectleiders en analisten.

P&L / Eindverantwoordelijk voor de business unit Service Delivery bestaande uit 40 FTE. Servicelevel, P&L, contracten, HR en visie ontwikkeling.
