The attached document provides a brief summary.Background: My years as a professor, senior university officer, consultant, researcher, and lecturer have left me with a passionate belief in the need for reform in America’s traditional universities. This is important due to the value these institutions create and the huge cost of stranding their human and physical capital if they fail to respond to today’s disruptive innovators. The time now seems right for effecting significant reforms, and I am devoting the capstone years of my career to furthering this objective.
