I lead a team of 7 highly-skilled direct reports who oversee over 150 valued colleagues. Together, we are responsible for Frontier’s external financial reporting and related filings with the SEC, corporate technical accounting and accounting policy, regulatory, capital asset accounting, capital budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, project team member for acquisitions, divestitures, other strategic finance projects, and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley section 404. While at Frontier I have also accomplished the following:- Lead the acquisition accounting for over $12B in acquisitions and raising over $12B in debt and equity through public offerings; oversaw due diligence on these acquisition targets.- Lead the divesture accounting team on performing carve outs of 4 states from our portfolio for a $1.4B sale- Implemented robust controls, processes, and procedures related to complex accounting matters including purchase accounting, goodwill and long-lived asset impairment, pension accounting, share-based compensation, restructuring and integration expense, and complex financial instruments.- Assisted in implementing the new revenue recognition standard and lead the team on implementing the new lease standard- Creating shared service centers for most accounting operations in order to achieve the synergies from these acquisitions.- Recently lead the Accounting Team through a financial restructuring process, in which Frontier has reduced its debt by approximately $11 billion and annual interest expense by approximately $1 billion.

I led a large audit and advisory team on a Fortune 1000 Global Chemical Company.

I completed a three year rotation in the Department of Professional Practice (DPP) in the National Office. While at DPP, my principal responsibilities included researching technical accounting and SEC reporting inquiries received from engagement teams throughout the globe and developing firm auditing and accounting guidance and publications. I have more than 16 years of experience in the audit practice, and 13 years of management experience. I have a strong background across the entire life cycle of the audit process, with experience in planning and performing financial statement audits and quarterly reviews for publicly held companies, in the review and preparation of reports for SEC filings, and experience in Sarbanes Oxley attestation on internal control over financial reporting. I was promoted to manager in 2000 and has since assisted in the audits for two global accounts and a FORTUNE 500 client of KPMG. As a first-year manager, I completed a rotation in KPMG’s Silicon Valley office, where I gained in-depth experience working solely with technology clients. I am also a National Instructor for KPMG and a team member of KPMG’s Quality Performance and Compliance Program. I am also a Certified Public Accountant in Florida, Connecticut, and New York.

While at KPMG I provided financial statement and internal control audits to both Fortune 500 SEC registrants and other SEC large accelerated filers with a concentration in the consumer products, manufacturing, software, retail, chemical and telecom industries.Other notable achievements while at KPMG:- Assisted in the completion of several carve-out audits of a Fortune 1000 Company.- Assisted and advised clients in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, coordinating with investment bankers, lenders and legal counsel. - Have significant SEC reporting experience in the areas of annual and quarterly reporting, S-X Rule 305 financial statements, proformas, and other technical SEC reporting matters.- Assisted clients in many successful acquisitions and divestitures, including review and interpretation of underlying agreements, assessment of the related accounting, preparation of pro forma financial statements and related SEC filings, and general financial and operational due diligence.- Assisted with implementation and maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley internal control compliance for Fortune 500 and other large accelerated SEC registrants. - Managed financial aspects of the Firm’s business, including preparation and negotiation of fee proposals, timely billing and collection, budgeting and controlling costs.
