Hired as founding management team member (2 Founders & CEO) to recruit executive team and functional staffs to scale this desktop virtualization company as part of a VC-backed venture. Initial focus was to provide leadership in the recruitment process, growing the company globally from 45 to 200 employees. Starting with 6 employees in the US, we expanded to 100 employees generating over 50% of the global revenue. Major sales headcount expansion came from my recruitment initiatives in US, India, Latin America, Mexico, Singapore, China, Korea, UK, Spain, Poland and Germany. Part of a new management team brought in by a VC to transition this 25 year-old company from a hardware orientation to software products and services and a potential IPO. Initial focus was to provide leadership in growing the company globally from 220 to 460 employees during the initial nine months by developing offshore software development operations in Bangalore, India and Beijing, China.
