CurrentCurrently working as a member of the HRIT group supporting the PeopleSoft HRMS 9.1 applications (Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Self Service, and Enterprise Learning Management), and SAP OM/PA implementation. Specific responsibilities include:• Currently supporting the Peoplesoft HR, Payroll, Benefits, and ELM products for North America, and the SAP OM/PA implementation for 27 countries in the Asia Pacific region for the Cargill HRIT group. • Worked as an ABAP developer on the implementation of the OM/PA processes in SAP. Created batch interfaces using ABAP, custom portal screens utilizing Web Dynpro and ABAP, and ALV extracts.• Technical Lead for the project to transition all batch job schedules from Tivoli Workload Scheduler to Control-M.• Technical Lead for the 2010, 2011, and 2013 US Benefits Open Enrollment projects.• Technical Lead for the 2010, 2011, and 2013 US and Canada Payroll Year End projects.• Designed and developed numerous interfaces using App Engine Peoplecode.• Create and modify SQR reports.• Designed and coded the US and Canada check/deposit advice in employee self service using Peoplecode and XML Publisher. • Designed and coded the US benefits confirmation statements using Peoplecode and XML Publisher.• Technical Lead for the install of the NICE Perform Express voice recording solution for the HRDD Call Center.• Primary support for the groups MS Access applications utilizing extensive VBA coding.
