I grew up in the Ottawa Valley as the eldest of four siblings, where I spent five remarkable years in high school in Arnprior. As the first in my family to attend university, I pursued a business degree at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, while also competing in track and field.During my third year, I received a life-altering phone call from my mother. She informed me that my father had come home from work feeling unwell and had tragically passed away that morning. In an instant, I found myself thrust into the role of head of the family, only to discover that my father had not left a will or a proper protection plan in place. The emotional and financial devastation we experienced opened my eyes to the importance of preparedness.This profound loss ignited a passion within me: I wanted to help others avoid the pain my family endured. After graduating with my Bachelor of Commerce, I dedicated the last three decades to counseling families on how to safeguard their financial futures and protect the well-being of future generations.Throughout my career, I’ve held various roles in financial institutions, but my core mission has always been to put clients first. I’m proud to be part of RBC Insurance, where we stand ready to support people during their most challenging times. My commitment to helping families navigate life's uncertainties drives everything I do.With over 30 years of experience in various roles, I have a proven track record of helping individuals and organizations secure their financial future.
