I have quite possibly the most interesting and unusual job - Suborbital Space Launch Site Director, Rocket Engine Test Director, Rocket Scientist, Residential Property Manager, Real Estate Scout, Resort Developer, Ranch Manager, Security Director, Facilities Director, Root Cause Analysis Leader, Continuous Improvement Cell Leader, HR Generalist, Recruiting Coordinator, Infectious Disease Expert, Genie….and sometime chauffeur to one of the world’s most visionary leaders. Those are all the hats that i have worn as the long-time senior leader of Blue Origin's privately owned suborbital space launch site, Launch Site One.--------------------------------------------------Bill is Launch Site One's Site Director, which is located in far west Texas, and the site's senior leader of the Test & Flight Operations functional organization. Bill also supervises the Site Directors at the other T&FO led sites, the 4670 Engine Test Site at Marshall Space Flight Center, and New Glenn's Launch Complex 36 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
