I regularly monitor the adherence of KPIs especially around D.O.T., service, cost and accuracy, ensuring items are processed and delivered on time in full. I provide flexible inter-departmental support as and when required and assist with projects and activities within other areas of the organisation. Working to ISO9001 I ensure departmental SOPS are kept up to date ensuring audits of these documents and seeking improvements where necessary. I also prepare data for Intrastat purposes and am Site Security Representative (SSR) and am first point of contact for the DfT, responsible for maintaining the company’s air security policy, ensuring compliance with EC300 and EU185 regulations.
