Projects focused on upstream oil & gas development, pipelines, product storage and transportation systems. Projects were executed for clients in Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Argentina, Chad, Cameroon, Yemen, Sharjah, Iraq, Canada and the US. I managed the largest project ever undertaken by Gulf Interstate, the Yemen Masila Project, with a staff approaching 400 personnel, located in Houston, Calgary, London, Dubai and Yemen. I also managed the first commercial carbon sequestration project in the US, transporting waste CO2 from a coal gasification plant North Dakota to an oilfield in Saskatchewan.
