• Beginning from the inception of ProWorks in September 2001, successfully guided the company from a small start-up to a leading EMS provider with ~$100 Million in annual sales and solidly profitable.• Consistently delivered on revenue growth, profitability and asset management goals in a highly competitive, low margin business with significant global competition.• Planned, developed and implemented a proprietary suite of Web-based software on the .NET platform for real time, online collaboration with customers that drove significant competitive advantage for the company.• Implemented key asset management vehicles including Vendor Managed Inventory Programs (“VMI”), negotiating extended terms with suppliers and strong banking relationships with revolving lines of credit which enabled smooth working capital management and industry leading asset management metrics.• Personally recruited, developed and lead all of the key members of the executive management team • Evangelized the ProWorks story to existing and potential customers and personally drove incremental sales for the company by building strong customer relationships• Installed a comprehensive set of financial controls and reporting infrastructure to systematically manage the day to day operations of the company • Spearheaded the company’s expansion plans to a facility in India.
