Brave Health serves predominantly individuals with severe mental illness in Medicaid and Medicare populations. Member of the executive leadership team and partner with Brave co-founders and CEO on corporate and finance strategy.

I serve on the Board of Directors of Constellation Behavioral Health, the company I founded in 2010. As the company's Founder, I am responsible for ensuring the fidelity to my initial vision for the company and our mission to develop and offer world class treatment services for individuals suffering from addictive and mental health disorders. In addition, I continue to maintain and develop key industry relationships. As an Executive Board Director, I maintain a fiduciary responsibility to the company's shareholders. I support the company's CEO on the development of quarterly strategic goals for the company. I participate in long term strategic planning for the company, weekly executive calls with the CEO, monthly financial operations reviews and quarterly Board meetings. Lastly, I support the execution of acquisitions and de novo business opportunities for the company.

As CFO of FEV Tutor I am responsible for a broad range of accounting, financial operations, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, regulatory compliance and legal affairs.

I have a longtime relationship with Alpine Investors. They backed me to start Constellation Behavioral Health in 2010 and joined the firm in June 2022 as an Executive in Residence to join companies in their portfolio for short and long term opportunities as well as to collaborate on new platform investment ideas. Joining FEV Tutor as CFO was my first assignement under the EIR program at Alpine.

Iaso Ventures is our nation's first early stage venture capital firm exclusively focused on funding innovations in the behavioral health space. As a Venture Partner, I will be assisting the General Partners by representing Iaso on the West Coast, sourcing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence on specific deals and raising capital from strategic limited partners.

Constellation is a behavioral health company that I founded based on my family's experience undergoing treatment for various behavioral health issues. We own and operate highly specialized treatment programs serving individuals and families suffering from addiction, mental health and co-occurring disorders. I raised $5M in venture capital to launch the company in 2010. In 2016 we recapitalized the business with an investment from a larger private equity firm. In the recap, we raised $42M to fuel our ongoing organic and acquired growth and provided an exit for our initial investors that resulted in a 38% IRR and 4.0x return on invested capital. As CEO, I was responsible for managing all aspects of the business including corporate platform services (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, HR and IT) as well as three operating residential treatment centers comprising 200 employees and 120 treatment beds located in San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, San Diego and Nashville, TN. Under my tenure as CEO, we grew the company from startup to a business with a $28M revenue run rate and $8M in facility level EBITDA.

Neurologics is a startup developing brain mapping and cognitive remediation products and services for the athletic brain injury and behavioral health markets. I serve on the Advisory Board and support the company on the development of it's strategic business plan and financing strategies.

Recovery Brands is a leading online media company focused on the addiction treatment space. I advised Founder and CEO on financing strategy and industry relationships with addiction treatment providers. The company was acquired by American Addiction Centers (AAC) in 2015.

Marin Software is a software company offering products and services to online advertisers in order to optimize their paid search budgets. I served as an Adviser to the CEO for several years leading up into its Initial Public Offering in March of 2013.

I joined ThinkEquity, a boutique investment bank, to re-launch their Consumer Internet and Digitial Media research franchise for the firm. I produced investment research and recommendations on the stocks of Yahoo!, Google, Monster Worldwide, WebMD, CNet Networks, eHealth, Marchex, TheStreet.com, Bankrate, Comscore, Move.com, VA Linux, and Vistaprint. While at Think, I was awarded “Master Stock Picker” in the 2009 Wall Street Journal “Best on the Street” analysts survey. I led the firm's research responsibilities as a Syndicate Co-Manager on the Open Table IPO. Lastly, I was responsible for leading and managing a team of four junior analysts within the firm's Internet and Digital Media Group.

Rapt developed online advertising yield management software. I advised CEO on strategy and business development issues. Rapt was sold to Microsoft in March 2008.

JMP Securities is a boutique publicly traded investment bank that I joined to launch their first Internet equity research franchise. I produced investment research on Yahoo!, Google, Monster Worldwide, WebMD, CNet Networks, eHealth, The Knot, Marchex, TheStreet.com, Traffic.com, Valueclick, U.S. Auto Parts and 24/7 Media. I led the firm's research responsibilities in the IPO for Traffic.com and participated as syndicate co-manager on the IPOs of eHealth and U.S. Auto Parts. I authored quarterly first call notes, generated investment ideas for investment manager clients, and managed extensive company and industry financial models.

Assisted nationally ranked Internet "sell side" Equity Research Analyst. I conducted research on Internet media, e-commerce and subscription services sectors. Companies under coverage included Yahoo!, Google, eBay, Amazon, CNet Networks, Doubleclick, Earthlink, Interactive Corp, Monster Worldwide, Netflix, Valueclick, Fastclick, Audible.com, and AOL Time Warner. I managed company financial models and authored first call notes and industry reports for institutional investor clients.

Bowman Capital was a $5B public and private equity crossover hedge fund. I supported the partnership in evaluating and executing late stage venture capital investments in the Internet, enterprise software and optical networking industries. I reviewed business plans, met with company management, led the due diligence and developed valuation models for several preferred equity deals.

I worked part time during business school for Marquette, an early stage venture capital firm located in Chicago, IL. I analyzed business plans, built valuation models, wrote investment memos and supported two Marquette Partners on making Series A and B equity investments in early stage Internet media and e-commerce companies.

Platinum was a venture backed Internet-based software application service provider (ASP) offering products and services to integrated healthcare systems and self funded employers. I served as a Co-Founder and led the company's business development and product strategy efforts.

Founded in 1994 following the launch of Mosaic, Eagle River was one of the first publicly traded web design firms in the U.S. I started with the company in an inside sales position and later led Central U.S. business development efforts for the company.
