Business Development for a midwest based provider of revenue cycle and BPO outsourcing solutions. Services included First Party Self Pay Account Management, Third Party Bad Debt recovery, call center services, and government assistance program enrollment.I was responsible for all sales and representation for the company in trade organizations. I brought on the first new hospital clients for the company in 3 years and expanded the health care customer base to include long term care facilities. I brought on the first non-health care clients, including governmental entities and commercial clients.

With no notice I was asked by ownership to take over operations on an interim basis. I managed over 60 staff, including collectors, team leads, supervisors, and enrollment counselors. During the four months I manged operations, we met or exceeded all goals. I instituted new compliance procedures, enhanced skip tracing, and quality improvement initiatives including ongoing education, call monitoring, and coaching programs.I participated in the vendor evalualtion and selection for cloud based telecom and dialer services.
