Managed the planning, design and construction of new educational facilities up to $46 million in construction value, as well as renovations and additions to existing facilities.

Managed renovation and addition projects for elementary and secondary schools on behalf of the Austin Independent School District. Responsibilities included managing up to 12 projects simultaneously, with individual project values up to $10 million.

Managed new professional service at an established Civil Engineering firm. Responsibilities included renovation of schools, design of parking facilities and utility shelters.

Provided all phases of Architectural services needed in the management of over 12 million square feet of occupied space at major University. Responsibilities included development of scope of work, design, management of construction and furnishing new or renovated space. Feasibility studies included up to $23 million in scope.

Owned and managed Architectural firm engaged in commercial, industrial, institutional and residential work. Firm provided full range of Architectural services on projects to over $1 million in scope. Provided forensic assessments on multiple design and construction disputes.

Contract construction document production.

Managed commercial projects up to $20 million in construction value. Coordinated decision making efforts of clients, other consultants, Architectural design team and municipal building officials.

Directed production and administration of contract documents for public and commercial buildings, including the 1983 restoration of the Senate wing of the state Capitol.

Produced construction and as-built documents for major institutional facilities. Assisted in programming for headquarters offices for a statewide professional organization.

Provided field representation for $25 million project for major industrial firm including office, laboratory and warehouse space, successfully resolving multiple conflicts during construction administration.
