Responsible for resolution of desktop security issues for Saint Vincents Catholic Medical Centers 7000 user community with 42 remote sites. Responsible for creation of user accounts, creation of security permissions for secure network drives for departments, as well as creation of secure shared drives. Responsibilities also included documentation of security issues and resolutions, creation of end user instructional material as well as information security presentation for new hires to the organization. Also involved with computer forensics, as well as architecture design for new Active Directory Structure.

Responsible for imaging of drives for Dell Laptops and Dell workstations for both new and lease refresh machines, using both LanDesk remote software, and Bart PE/Symantec Ghost. Responsible for end user data storage and recovery (personal settings, documents, PST files, my favorites, desktop, Application Installation etc.). Also responsible for phone support as well as visiting end users to assist with various desktop issues (installation of network printers, mapping network drives, desktop moves, .PST file recovery, etc.). Next day support included in migration service to resolve any end user issues resulting from migration. Support provided for approximately 350 users.
