In partnership with Artistic Director Yo-Yo Ma, the YMCG Artist Faculty works with gifted musicians hailing from globally diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. YMCG uses music and culture as links to develop trust and understanding across cultural contexts. YMCG Faculty members participate in a series of performances, rehearsals and workshops designed to nurture an open and flexible artistic philosophy among all of its participants.

Residencies in performance psychology at the National University of Singapore's Yong Siew Toh Conservatory. Yong Siew Toh Conservatory is highly regarded for its focus on developing the 'whole' musician. In addition to exceptional instrumental training, YST provides avenues for students to expand their creative horizons, develop business skills and create projects focused on social entrepreneurship/activism.

Performances and recordings as principal trumpet with the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, recognized as one of the world's leading chamber orchestras.

Curriculum development and implementation for the inaugural performance psychology program at the Music Academy of the West. Intensive performance skills training for emerging gifted musicians in masterclass, lecture and individual settings.
