As a marine superintendent, Bill Nadrofsky started as a sailor bringing over 20 years of experience to managing the day-to-day operations at Nadro Marine Services. Early in his marine career, Bill served as a Captain performing duties ranging from ship docking to project cargo work on the Great Lakes. As such, he is thoroughly knowledgeable of the capabilities of all of the vessels in the fleet that he manages. Leading up to his career in the marine industry, Bill served as a regular infantry officer in the Canadian Armed Forces.
