Our focus is providing an enhanced end-to-end customer technical experience, which includes delivering best-in-class support and product case/issue ownership, providing hands-on field guidance and network/cloud engineering consultation, and curating an optimized knowledge transfer strategy to ensure key stakeholders have the right information when and where they need it.This work allows our 1000+ Customers to simplify their business by deploying new technologies quickly while reducing their operating costs; it allows them to innovate by getting new offers to market and fully implemented fast; and it allows them to grow their value for their subscribers and their market share.

At KGPCo (Fka Tyco Electronics, ADC Telecommunications), our goal was to enable our customers to build, optimize, and transform their networks to deliver unparalleled and competitive service in all major US markets. This was accomplished by creating and delivering end-to-end design, deploy, integration, and maintenance solutions to a wide range of Communication Service Providers (CSPs).At KGPCo, I led the 13-state Central Region Operations team, consisting of 125+ staff with an annual P&L in excess of $25M and responsibilities for Project Management, Technical Engineering, and Field Delivery (Installation, Commissioning and Integration, Maintenance). During my time at KGPCo, these teams continually outperformed the market in delivery and quality and subsequently grew in contractual territory and large RFQ wins, revenue, and profitability year over year while serving customers like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, CenturyLink, Windstream, Comcast, and many other CSPs.The diverse nature and scale of the KGPCo customer base and project complexity were instrumental in developing the enablement and success models that I continue to use to create high performing environments.
